Grant Grether is the best Realtor I have worked with across the five homes I have bought, sold and rented. He has helped me lease my house four times now. While there is not much of a profit for him in just renting a property, he gives it the same commitment as if you were buying or selling a house and does a terrific job listing it with lots of pictures and everything it takes to stage the property. When my first tenants moved out Grant helped them find a house and they referred him to two other buyers. He is always there for you.
